It's Girl Scout cookie season, and this week we put a twist on a classic cookie to make our Flavor of the Week, Samoa! We fill our dark chocolate cake with caramel ganache and then top it with toasted coconut custard. Yum!

Our gluten-free Flavor is the Week is Cookie, a vanilla cake with chocolate chips mixed in. Try it with any of our frostings and a gluten-free cookie on top!
